Is is with very great sadness that David has to announce that Lynda passed away on Sunday 24th July 2011.
Lynda will be greatly missed by her family and her large number of friends, including many past guests at Talwyn.
David would to thank everyone for all of their kind words and support.
Talwyn B&B is therefore currently unable to take any new booking.
Talwyn is an attractive property approached by steps and set in cottage-style gardens in a quiet location in the village of Lelant. It is within easy reach of St. Ives, being only three miles distance by car, train or bus, or for those more energetic the South-West Coastal Path takes you along a scenic walk with panoramic views of Porthkidney, Carbis Bay and Porthminster beaches.
Talwyn is the family home of Lynda and David Harris and offers non-smoking B&B accommodation comprising one room with a double bed and full en-suite facilities and a twin-bedded room with its own private facilities including a full modern bathroom with shower over the bath.
Lynda and David aim to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere in order to make your stay a relaxing and memorable one, offering a full English or Continental breakfast with home-made bread and local produce where possible. Vegetarian and other dietary needs can also be catered for.
Rates
B&B ranges are from £60 - £70 per ROOM per night, (£30 - £35 per person per nignt based on two sharing) - depending on season.
